Fritz Knipschildt’s personal assortment of chocolate are packaged in handcrafted red boxes using all-natural paper from Nepal and sealed with a bamboo stick. These chocolates are made using the finest ingredients, to create decadent flavor pairings of rich chocolate with spices, herbs, nuts, and fruits. Shelf Life: 8 months.  Flavors include but not limited to: Burnt Caramel w Hawaiian Sea Salt, Dark chocolate bonbon; garden mint; hazelnut milk chocolate; strawberry & lemon thyme; Rosemary infused caramel topped w mushroom salt; Tangerine-Ancho Chili infused white chocolate ganache; elderflower jam and milk chocolate ganache
