Blackbird General Store was never about just one thing.

For nine years, our little shop in Calabasas was an ever-changing collection of things we loved. Fashion, furniture, vintage treasures, unexpected gifts, and objects with a little soul. An eclectic mix of old and new, high and low, familiar and wonderfully unexpected.

It was always about the find.

I've spent a lifetime collecting, styling, rearranging, and discovering things that catch my eye. I've never been particularly interested in following trends or sticking to one style.

I love the juxtaposition of opposites—in fashion, in design, in life. The unexpected pairing. The piece that shouldn't work but somehow does.

And that's always been the spirit of Blackbird.

After nine wonderful years, we closed the doors to our physical shop. But closing the doors didn't mean closing the book.

Today, Blackbird is taking on a new life. Part curated shopping destination, part personal edit, and always evolving. We're bringing together fashion, home, vintage finds, and things worth discovering—from designers, independent makers, and unexpected corners of the internet.

A little California ease. A little vintage charm. Something old, something new, something a little offbeat.
