Pancake and Baking Mix

Our newest Pancake and Baking Mix only uses sustainably grown, locally sourced and freshly milled heritage wheat varieties. 

Spelt and Sonora were carefully chosen for their rich, sweet, buttery and earthy flavor; these ancient grains are stone milled to keep 100% of the whole grain and retain all of the fiber and minerals. 

• Ingredients: 100% whole grain Sonora flour, 100% whole grain spelt flour, almond flour, organic rolled oats, organic chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, baking powder, baking soda, himalayan pink sea salt
• Also contains: wheat, almonds
